remain a Trio’s league until such times as it is deemed the whole league should
be dissolved. League start time is 21:00, Tenpin will turn lanes on at 21:00 for 5 minutes

supplementary fund.
If there are any problems with the League or the Bowling Centre, during
the season they should be brought to the attention of the Secretary or a member
of the Executive Committee. The Secretary or Committee member will deal with
the problem by speaking to a member of Management. They will then advise
bowlers of the outcome accordingly. At NO TIME should a bowler approach any
member of staff with their problem unless advised to do so by a member of the
Executive Committee. You should still report ball jams, blackouts etc to

promptly.
5.
HANDICAP SYSTEM
Players will be allocated a handicap system based on 80% of the
difference between their average and a score of 200 up to a maximum of 70.
Initial handicaps will be retained for the first nine games from a previous
league, during that period you will not qualify for individual handicap
trophies. However after this period the handicap will be re-calculated and
thereafter re-assessed after each league match.
New bowlers will who do not show evidence of a league average will be
allocated a handicap on the day in accordance with the average they bowled on
the day until they have bowled a total of nine games after which the handicap
will be re-calculated and re-assessed after each match.
If a bowler is registered, or has not played a total of nine games
before the halfway point of the season their handicap will be calculated as
above but minus 10 until they have bowled a total of nine games. It will then
be re-calculated and re-assessed after each match.
This does not include bowlers with a handicap brought forward from the
previous season.
6.
SCORING SYSTEM
The scoring system will be as follows:
1 point per player for each game won (including
handicaps) against corresponding player in opposing team, giving a total of 4
points per player.

points.
2 points for the overall total (including handicaps)
giving 2 points.
Thus giving a maximum of 20 points to be won each
